Key Responsibilities岗位职责 1.Assess students' Chinese proficiency, learning styles and interests, and develop highly personalized teaching plans based on scientific educational measurement and evaluation methods. 评估学生的中文语言基础、学习风格及兴趣取向，依据科学的教育测量与评价方法，制定高度个性化的教学计划。 2.Deliver engaging and effective Chinese instruction using diversified teaching methods including multimedia resources, situational simulation and cooperative group learning. 熟练运用多媒体教学资源、情景模拟教学法、小组合作学习模式等多元化教学手段，实施生动且高效的中文课程教学。 3.Conduct comprehensive and systematic evaluation of student learning outcomes and teaching effectiveness through standardized tests, formative assessment and performance assessment. Continuously optimize teaching plans based on in-depth data analysis to achieve sustained improvement in teaching quality. 定期采用标准化测试、形成性评价、表现性评价等多种方式，对学生学习成果和教学效果进行全面且系统的评估，基于评估数据的深度分析，及时优化教学方案，以实现教学质量的持续提升。 4.Apply project management approaches to design and organize a variety of Chinese learning activities to stimulate student motivation and enhance their language application skills. 运用项目管理的方法，积极策划并组织各类中文学习活动，旨在激发学生的学习动机，提升其语言运用能力。 5.Actively participate in Chinese teaching seminars and academic exchanges organized by the school, share teaching experience with colleagues, jointly develop high-quality teaching materials, and promote innovation in teaching methods. 积极参与学校组织的各类中文教学研讨活动，遵循学术交流规范，与同事分享教学经验、交流教学心得，共同开发优质教学资源，推动教学方法的创新与实践。 Job Requirements任职要求： 1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; valid CTCSOL (Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages). Passionate about Chinese language education with strong sense of responsibility and patience, and able to teach international students with enthusiasm. 学历要求：本科及以上学历，持有有效的《国际中文教师证书》，热爱中文教学事业，拥有强烈的责任心和耐心，能够满怀热情地投入到留学生教学工作中。 2.Experience: Preference for candidates with overseas work experience, familiarity with educational systems and cultural backgrounds of different countries and regions to better meet international students’ learning needs. 工作经验：有海外工作经验者优先，熟悉不同国家和地区的教育体系与文化背景，能够更好地契合国际学生的学习需求，开展具有针对性的教学。 3.Comprehensive Abilities: Willing to be dispatched overseas for a minimum period of 1 year, with strong adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills to work steadily in international teaching environments. 综合能力：可接受外派，且外派期限至少1年，具备较强的环境适应能力和跨文化交际能力，能够在不同国家和地区的教学环境中稳定开展工作。 4.Preference for candidates with professional proficiency in English or Russian as a second language; excellent bilingual communication skills to accurately understand and fulfill students’ learning needs. 第二外语为英语、俄语专业者优先，具备良好的双语沟通能力，同时有助于更精准地理解和满足学生的学习需求。 5.Personal Qualities: Passionate about education, with a strong sense of responsibility. Upholding the image of the school and Chinese education, with high professional standards, strong public communication awareness, teamwork spirit and execution ability. 个人素养：热爱教育事业，责任心强，能代表学校及中国教育形象，具备良好的职业规范与公共表达意识。具备良好的团队合作精神和执行力。 Others: Ability to adapt to working and living in Uzbekistan. 其他要求：可适应乌兹别克斯坦工作和生活。
