Key Responsibilities岗位职责 1.Overseeing the academic quality of STEM subjects 监督STEM各学科的教学质量 2.Coordinating curriculum planning and implementation for STEM disciplines 统筹STEM学科的课程规划与落地实施 3.Supervising and mentoring STEM teachers 指导并培养STEM学科教师团队 4.Monitoring teaching quality, assessments, and learning outcomes. Being responsible for the dynamic adjustment, optimization and implementation of the curriculum system and teaching evaluation system. 监控教学质量、考核评估及学⽣学习成果,负责课程体系与教学评价体系的动态调整、优化与实施。 5.Supporting innovation and project-based learning in STEM education 助⼒STEM教育领域的创新实践与项⽬式学习开展 6.Collaborating with school leadership on academic strategy and development 与学校管理层协作,制定并推进学术发展战略 7.Supporting on improving the teacher development mechanism, including teacher training, instructional coaching, performance assessment and professional growth. 支持完善教师培养机制,包括教师培训、教研指导、考核评价与专业发展。 8.Coordinate internal and external communications, and maintain effective liaison with partners, school management and relevant departments. 统筹内外部沟通协调,与合作方、学校管理层及各部门保持高效对接。 9.As the overseas academic director of the project, be fully responsible for teaching operations, curriculum development, academic administration, and daily communication and coordination with partner institutions, and accountable for the overall academic outcomes of the project. 作为项目驻外学术负责人,全面负责教学运行、课程体系搭建、教务管理及与合作方的日常沟通协调,对项目整体教学结果负责。 Job Requirements任职要求 1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; study abroad experience is preferred. 学历要求:本科及以上学历,有留学经验者优先。 2.Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar position. 工作经验:具备5年及以上同岗位工作经验。 3.Professional Skills: Capable of developing and innovating new curricula; familiar with academic administration processes and able to oversee the implementation of academic affairs. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in developing international curriculum systems and teaching operation mechanisms from scratch. 专业能力:具备研发创新新课程的能力,熟悉教务管理相关工作流程,能统筹推进各项教务工作落地。具备从零搭建国际课程体系及教学运行机制的经验优先。 4.Comprehensive Abilities: Excellent team management and overall coordination skills; proficient in cross-departmental communication and collaboration, able to effectively integrate internal and external resources to achieve work objectives efficiently. 综合能力:具备出色的团队管理与全局统筹能力,善于跨部门沟通协调,可合理整合内外部资源,高效达成工作目标。 5.Personal Qualities: Passionate about education, with a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit and execution ability. 个人素养:热爱教育事业,责任心强,具备良好的团队合作精神和执行力。 6.Special Knowledge: Experience or competency in student college counseling is preferred. 特殊知识:具备升学指导经验或能力者优先。 7.Others: Ability to adapt to working and living in Uzbekistan. 其他要求:可适应乌兹别克斯坦工作和生活。
